Shipping policy

Order processing

For Club Oversized Tees, Club Hoodies, Club Surf Caps, Club Surf Cotton Caps and Club Two-Tone Caps, please allow about a week for order processing before shipping. Processing can take longer during busy periods or if an item is delayed.

Shipping rates and delivery

Shipping is charged separately and calculated at checkout. Available destinations and shipping options are shown when you enter your delivery address. Any transit estimate is additional to processing time; delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Delivery time varies by destination and carrier. International deliveries may take longer because of customs. Import duties, taxes or carrier fees may be collected on delivery unless explicitly included at checkout.

Tracking your order

We’ll email tracking details after your order ships. Allow time for the carrier to scan your parcel. If tracking appears delayed or your order hasn’t arrived, contact us with your order number.

Address changes and cancellations

Please check your address, color and size before ordering. Contact us immediately if you need a change or cancellation. We’ll check what is possible, but cannot guarantee changes once order processing has begun.
