Shipping policy

Order processing

For Oversized Club Tees, Club Hoodies, Sunrise Surf Caps, Pothead Caps and Ronny Caps, please allow about a week for order processing before shipping. Processing can take longer during busy periods or if an item is delayed.

Shipping rates and delivery

Shipping is charged separately and calculated at checkout. Available destinations and shipping options are shown when you enter your delivery address. Any transit estimate is additional to processing time; delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Delivery time varies by destination and carrier. International deliveries may take longer because of customs. Shipping charges do not automatically include import duties, taxes or carrier clearance fees. Any charges that are not expressly included in your order total or shipping service are the recipient’s responsibility and may be collected before delivery.

Tracking your order

We’ll email tracking details after your order ships. Allow time for the carrier to scan your parcel. If tracking appears delayed or your order hasn’t arrived, contact us with your order number.

Address changes and cancellations

Please check your address, color and size before ordering. Contact us immediately if you need a change or cancellation. We’ll check what is possible, but cannot guarantee changes once order processing has begun.
